As someone who knows very little about diamonds, they took the time to teach me about the diamond grading system and guide me through the selection process. I never felt pushed or uncomfortable. They called me when a stone superior to the first one I picked, but still within our prearranged budget, became available. The final cost was actually slightly below the estimate. The ring itself came out even better than I imagined. I would recommend them to anyone.
